At 3D Waale, each product is carefully crafted using advanced 3D printing technology to meet your requirements. As our products are custom-made, we maintain a strict No Return & No Refund Policy, except in the case of damaged or defective products.

1. No Returns or Refunds

• Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded.

• We do not offer refunds or exchanges for reasons such as change of mind, incorrect order details, or dissatisfaction with design preferences.

2. Damaged or Defective Products

We only accept returns or replacements if the product is received in a damaged or defective condition.

To be eligible:

1. You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing us at with order details.

2. You must provide clear photos or videos of the damaged product and packaging.

3. After verification, we will arrange a replacement or refund (at our discretion).

3. Conditions Not Covered

Refunds/replacements will not be provided in the following cases:

• Minor variations in size, color, or texture due to the nature of 3D printing.

• Damage caused by mishandling, improper use, or wear & tear after delivery.

• Incorrect shipping details provided by the customer.

4. Refund Process (If Applicable)

• Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

• Replacement products will be shipped within [ 5–7 working days] after claim approval.
